Cold Case Season 4
Season Four- The fourth season opened with the excellent ratings 9.3 from the very first episode Rampage. In this episode, two teenagers go for a shooting spree in the local shopping mall and commit suicide after sometime, but it is learnt that there was a third shooter who killed them. Scotty visits his older brother regarding some case and they recall the painful memories of their childhood. Jeffries has to solve an old case to fulfill the promise he made 27 years back to a victim’s daughter. Team gets a letter written by a missing child and handwriting cues them to reopen a case of missing girl from 1975. Lilly and Scotty had to travel together to Tennessee to solve a case while Scotty was refusing to go with her. Kat miller wants to reopen the old cases when a similar kind of murder of two kids in front of their school at a particular time happens again. Like the third season finale, in this season’s finale episode too, the team is taken hostage when they go to investigate the murder of a family who had newly shifted to that place.

Although four episodes of this season earned equal ratings but this one was the most mystic among the others. The team finds out a strange note and later it is found that it is written by a missing child and now team has to recall an old missing case in which an eight years old girl suddenly disappeared in 1975. Now they have to find whether the girl is still alive or these are two different cases and that girl is no more.
