Cold Case Season 2

Season Two- The second season starts with The Badlands. There Lilly returns to an old case left unsolved before joining Cold Case squad. But Jeffries has some problem with this case and wants it to be closed. Human remains are found in the former State prison, which doesn’t belong to that inmate who died in that cell. The high school romance of Nick Vera seeks his help in an old murder case of her sister. NYPD informs Scotty that his girlfriend is involved in some credit card fraud case and warrants for her arrest are out. The season ends up with The Woods, where nine skulls are found and point towards a serial killer who had escaped the trap of justice a few years back. Now the squad investigates his mother’s murder and he doesn’t want to face Lilly again. At the end of the finale episode officers’ lives are at risk.

The Best Episode- The Woods
Last episode of this season proved to be the most liked and popular episode of the season. It earned higher most ratings as 9.3. This was the most happening and thrilling episode among the two seasons. In the end of this episode Squad people’s lives are on stake when they are investigating a case in which nine skulls are found. At the same time another case of murder of a woman comes forward and while investigating that, squad finds out that victim’s son is that serial killer who committed those nine murders and hadn’t got convicted till now. In this episode he is wants to conceal himself from Lilly as she will recognize him. This hide and seek comes to an end by trapping detectives with their lives at risk.
